Cindy RobisonI have been playing piano since the age of seven. I remember my dad teaching me how to play on the black keys and thinking it was soooo much fun. I was always at the piano playing something. Even when my parents couldn't afford lessons anymore, I was at the piano playing learning something on my own until I had a job and could pay for my own lessons. I now have a Piano Teaching Certificate from Bowling Green State University in Bowling Green, Ohio. I have been teaching since 1983. I love to show students how to have fun expressing themselves at the keyboard and playing in ensembles and games. I stay current in teaching and technology by attending seminars, workshops, and conferences. My students are being trained to be the best pianists they can be and having fun while doing it. Cindy's Piano Studio has a 6' Kawai grand, five Roland full-size keyboards with three MT300s (music boxes), and several other digital keyboards, as well as using computers for reinforcing concepts and theory drills. |
